[Sales Order - Product Number Explosion] Screen Parameters

Parameter Description Input Method Mandatory
[Screen Header] Section
Set today as the [Date to arrange (subcontract order)]. By clicking this button, you can set today as the arrangement date. Button Optional
[List Screen] Section
Product number This is the product number assigned at the time of the Sales Order Entry. This number will be used to manage all subsequent subcontract orders so they can be associated with the corresponding sales order. All arrangement orders issued automatically by MRP get the same number so their parent sales order can be identified. Display Only Optional
Layer This is the level number of the layer defined in the BOM Table. If this item is a Parent Item, 0 is displayed. This field is applicable only for Product Number controlled Item. Display Only Optional
Confirm If you click on this, the order will be confirmed. Check Box Mandatory
Item code Displays [Item code] of this entry. Display Only Optional
Item name Displays [Item name] of this entry. Display Only Optional
Qty. required This is the number required to manufacture the item specified by the [Product number] according to the BOM Table settings. Display Only Optional
Qty. arranged This is the number which has been already arranged to manufacture the item specified by the [Product number]. Display Only Optional
Qty. to arrange (Subcontract order) This is the quantity to order which is calculated by [Qty. required] - [Qty. arranged]. Numeric Value Input Mandatory

Arr. order unit price The price defined in the item Master will be displayed. If the item's [Contact code] is internal manufacture, this field is not applicable and nothing will be displayed in this field. Numeric Value Input Optional
Amount This is the amount calculated by [Qty. to arrange (Subcontract order)] x [Arr. order unit price]. Display Only Optional
Transaction currency Displays Contact Master: [Transaction currency]. Display Only Optional
Date to arrange (subcontract order) This date is determined by counting the [Safety lead time] and the [] of each item defined in the Item Master backwards from the [Sales order due date].
If item's [] is not set in the Item Master, then it will be treated as if 0 day is set for the [].
By enabling the Set today as arrangement date box a the top of the screen, Today's date can be set for each of this parameter.		 Date Input Mandatory
Arr. order due date This date is determined by counting the [Safety lead time] and the [] backwords from the [Sales order due date]. Date Input Mandatory
Arr. order remarks Any remarks specific to this order can be registered here. Text Input Optional
[View Option] Section
View option preset Customized VIEW OPTION settings can be saved and reused. Click on the icon in the right to save the filter setting. Dropdown List Optional
Item code/name It is possible to filter records by the [Item code] or the [Item name] registered for this entry. Text Input Optional
Show arranged? By setting this parameter to show already arranged sales orders can be listed in the list screen as well. Following two Options are available.
