Mfg. start date
This is the date to start manufacturing. For the new entry, today's date will be automatically set. For the orders generated by the MRP, this date will be determined by the following formula.
[Mfg. start date] = [Sales order due date] - Item Master: [Lead time]. For the MRP calculation, this date will be used as the date on which the dependent child items will be required.
