[Delivery Report] Screen Parameters

[List Screen] Section
Year & Month Display Only Optional
Total amount delivered This is the total amount delivered. - Optional
Delivery amount rate (%) It shows the rate each specified line occupies among the Total Delivery Amount. - Optional
Cum. amount delivered Cumulative delivered amount is displayed. - Optional
Cum. delivery amount rate (%) Cumulative delivered amount rate is displayed. - Optional
Rank type This is the rank automatically determined by analizing the [Delivery amount rate (%)]. Higher the rate shows the higher the rank would be assigned, starting from A as the highest rank. - Optional
Total qty. delivered This is the total quantity delivered (registered in the Delivery Entry) in the past. - Optional
Qty. of delivery Entries This is the quantity of Delivery entries. - Optional
Sales original cost This is calculated by multiplying [Sales unit original cost] and [Quantity]. Display Only Optional
Sales gross profit This is the amount of profit gained by this sales order. This is calculated by the following formula.
([Sales order unit price] - [Sales unit original cost]) x [Quantity].		 - Optional
Sales profit rate This is calculated by the following formula.
[Sales gross profit] / [Total qty. delivered] x 100 (%).		 - Optional
Avg. amount of delivery This is calculated by the following formula.
[Total amount delivered] / [Qty. of delivery Entries].		 - Optional
Avg. qty. of delivery This is calculated by the following formula.
[Total qty. delivered] / [Qty. of delivery Entries].		 - Optional
Item By clicking this link, the report by item can be displayed. Icon (link) Optional

Delivery date Displays [Delivery date] of this entry. - Optional
Item group 1-3 By clicking this link, the report by [Item group 1] can be displayed. Icon (link) Optional
Contact group 1-3 By clicking this link, the report by [Contact group 1-3] can be displayed. Icon (link) Optional
Staff (Own company) By clicking this link, the report by the Staff (Own company) can be displayed. Icon (link) Optional
[View Option] Section
Horizontal axis Specify the item to set for the horizontal axis of the graph. Dropdown List Mandatory
View option preset Customized VIEW OPTION settings can be saved and reused. Click on the icon in the right to save the filter setting. Dropdown List Optional
Virtical axis 1 (Bar) Specify the item to set for the [Virtical axis 1 (Bar)] of the graph. Dropdown List Mandatory
Horizontal axis Specify the item to set for the horizontal axis of the graph. Dropdown List Mandatory
Virtical axis 2 (Line) Specify the item to set for the [Horizontal axis] of the graph. Dropdown List Optional
Display period This is the period to show in the report. Date Input Optional
Item group 1-3 It is possible to filter records by the [Item group 1-3] defined in the Item Master. Dropdown List Optional
Contact group 1-3 It is possible to filter records by the [Item group 1-3] defined in the Item Master. Dropdown List Optional
Item It is possible to filter records by the item registered. Extended Dropdown Box Optional
Customer Only the contacts with which [Contact type] is set to customer in the Contact Master can be chosen. If this field appears in the VIEW OPTION, it means that this parameter can be used to filter records. Extended Dropdown Box Optional
Consignee It is possible to filter records by the consignee registered. Extended Dropdown Box Optional
Department It is possible to filter records by the department registered. Dropdown List Optional
Staff It is possible to filter records by the staff registered. Dropdown List Optional
