Mfg. process sequence The sequence of the Manufacturing Process registered in the Item Master is displayed. Display Only Optional
Mfg. process code Displays [Mfg. process code] of this entry. Display Only Optional
Mfg. process name Displays [Mfg. process name] of this entry. Display Only Optional
Qty. of mfg. completed items This is [Qty. mfrd.] of the Internal Manufacturing Result screen or [Qty. rcvd.] of the Externally Manufactured Goods Received. Display Only Optional
Qty. of defectives This is the total sum of qty. of defectives, such as [Qty. of defectives 1] registered. Display Only Optional
Qty. of stock in process This will be calculated by the following formula.
[Qty. of mfg. completed items] - [Qty. of mfg. completed items] of the Next Mfg. Process - [Qty. of defectives] of the next mfg. process.		 Display Only Optional
Standard labor charge (key currency) Displays standard labor charge involved. This will be calculated by [Labor charge (per min.)] x [Std. mfg. time (min.)]. The values used for this calculation are the values at the time of issuing the order, not the latest values stored in the Contact Master. Display Only Optional
External mfg. unit price If this process is external manufacturing process, please specify the price for the order unit which should appear on the External Manufacturing Order Sheet. The entered value will be used for the cost calculation as well. Display Only Optional
Fixed expense (key currency) Displays [Date of sales order received] of this item. Display Only Optional
Mfg. cost 1 This is the cost required to manufacture this item. Registered amount will be used for the cost calculation. Display Only Optional
Mfg. cost 2 This is the cost required to manufacture this item. Registered amount will be used for the cost calculation. Display Only Optional
Mfg. cost 3 This is the cost required to manufacture this item. Registered amount will be used for the cost calculation. Display Only Optional
Mfg. process unit cost It displays the amount calculated by the following formula. ([Labor charge (per min.)] x [Std. mfg. time (min.)]) + [External mfg. unit price] + [Fixed expense (key currency)]. All defined in the Item Master.
Please note that [Mfg. cost 1], [Mfg. cost 2], [Mfg. cost 3] will not be included in the amount here.		 Display Only Optional
Integrated unit cost This is the cumulative Manufacturing Cost from the first Manufacturing Process to the current Manufacturing Process. Display Only Optional
Logical value in stock This shows Logical Value in Stock.

    Standard ext. supplier It displays the [Standard supplier] of the item registered in the Item Master. Display Only Optional
    Mfg. process memo 1-5 Any remarks specific to each manufacturing process can be registered here. Display Only Optional
    Item remarks 1-5 Displays [Item remarks 1-5] defined in the Item Master. Display Only Optional
    [View Option] Section
    View option preset Customized VIEW OPTION settings can be saved and reused. Click on the icon in the right to save the filter setting. Dropdown List Optional
    Date It is possible to filter records by the date registered. Text Input Optional
    Item code/name It is possible to filter records by the [Item code] or the [Item name] registered for this entry. Dropdown List Optional
    Parent item It is possible to filter records by the parent item. Extended Dropdown Box Optional
    Location Is is possible to filter records by the location registered. Dropdown List Optional
    Show by location This switch is used to set whether entries are to be shown by each location or not. Dropdown List Optional
    Item control It is possible to filter records by [Item control]. Dropdown List Optional
    Show by P/N This switch is used to set whether entries are to be shown by each product number or not. Text Input Optional
    Show by lot This switch is used to set whether entries are to be shown by each lot or not. Dropdown List Optional
    Supplier stock This switch is used to set whether supplier stock is to be displayed or not. Dropdown List Optional
    Qty. of logical stock This is the quantity of the selected item logically available. Dropdown List Optional
    Stock status It is possible to filter records by the stock status, whether [Qty. of safety stock] is below [Qty. of logical stock] / [Qty. of available stock] or not. Numeric Value Input Optional
    Manufacturer It is possible to filter records by the [Manufacturer] registered for this entry. Text Input Optional
    Specification It is possible to filter records by the [Specification]. Text Input Optional
    Shelf No. It is possible to filter records by the [Shelf No.]. Text Input Optional
