[Invoice List] Screen Parameters

[Screen Header] Section
Issue invoice A Invoice Sheet can be generated in PDF form by clicking this link after enabling [Print] box of the entry you wish to print. Icon (link) Optional
[List Screen] Section
Delete If this button is clicked after selecting the lines, the the lines selected will be deleted. Check Box Optional
Print Document can be generated in a PDF format by clicking the document link after enabling the box for each entry. Check Box Optional
Printed This indicates that the document for this entry has been printed (generated in a PDF format). Display Only Optional
Invoice No. This is the Invoice Number generated. Display Only Optional
Customer code Displays [Contact code] of the [Customer] [Customer] set for this entry. Display Only Optional
Customer name Displays [Contact name] of the [Customer] set for this entry. Display Only Optional
Cut-off date This is the date to close the Invoice Period. The date set here will be used for issuing the Invoice. Display Only Optional
Previous balance due ([Key currency]) This is the previous balance due appeared on the Invoice displayed in the [Transaction currency] defined in the Contact Master screen. Display Only Optional
Payment receievd ([Key currency]) This is the payment received appeared on the Invoice (displayed in the [Key currency] defined in the Company Information screen). Display Only Optional
Amount carried over ([Key currency]) This is the amount carried over appeared on the Invoice displayed in the [Key currency] defined in the Company Information screen. Display Only Optional
Amount purchasd ([Key currency]) This is the amount purchased appeared on the Invoice displayed in the [Key currency] defined in the Company Information screen). Display Only Optional
Tax amount ([Key currency]) This is the tax amount appeared on the Invoice (displayed in the [Key currency] defined in the Company Information screen). Display Only Optional
Total amount ([Key currency]) This is the total amount appeared on the Invoice (displayed in the [Key currency] defined in the Company Information screen). Display Only Optional
Invoice amount ([Key currency]) This is the invoice amount appeared on the Invoice displayed in the [Key currency] defined in the Company Information screen. Display Only Optional
Transaction currency Displays Contact Master: [Transaction currency]. Display Only Optional
Cut-off date This is theThis is the[Cut-off date group] set for this Invoice. Display Only Optional
Previous balance due ([Foreign currency]) This is the previous balance due appeared on the Invoice displayed in [Transaction currency] chosen for this customer in the Contact Master. Display Only Optional
Deposit amount ([Foreign currency]) This is the [Deposit amount] appeared on the Invoice displayed in [Transaction currency] chosen for this customer in the Contact Master. Display Only Optional
Amount carried over ([Foreign currency]) This is the amount carried over appeared on the Invoice displayed in [Transaction currency] chosen for this customer in the Contact Master. Display Only Optional
Amount purchasd ([Foreign currency]) This is the amount purchased appeared on the Invoice displayed in [Transaction currency] chosen for this customer in theContact Master. Display Only Optional

Scheduled collection date This is the collection date determined by the [Collection cycle 1 (after x days)] or [Collection cycle 2 (after x months)] and [Collection cycle 2 (after x days)]. All of these parameters are defined in the Contact Master). If this field appears in the VIEW OPTION, it means that this parameter can be used to filter records. Display Only Optional

Deposit This link appers only when the [Invoicing pattern] By clicking this link, you can jump to the Customer Deposit Entry screen with the [], [Invoice No.], [Deposit amount] fields set automatically. Display Only Optional
Last deposit date This is the last date on which the payment from this customer was made. If this field appears in the VIEW OPTION, it means that this parameter can be used to filter records. Display Only Optional
Template sheet This is the [Template (Invoice)] specified for this customer, defined in the [Item name] and this template is used for issuing the Invoice for this customer. If the template is not specified in the Contact Master, the template sheet chosen at the Select Template dialog will be used. Display Only Optional
[View Option] Section
View option preset Customized VIEW OPTION settings can be saved and reused. Click on the icon in the right to save the filter setting. Dropdown List Optional
Cut-off date It is possible to filter records by the [Cut-off date]. Dropdown List Optional
Scheduled collection date This is the collection date determined by the [Collection cycle 1 (after x days)] or [Collection cycle 2 (after x months)] and [Collection cycle 2 (after x days)]. Customer code/name It is possible to filter records by the [Contact code] or the [Contact name] registered for this entry. Dropdown List Optional
Invoice No. It is possible to filter records by the [Invoice No.]. Dropdown List Optional
Invoice amount It is possible to filter records by the [Invoice amount ([Key currency])]. Dropdown List Optional
Invoicing pattern It is possible to filter records by the [Invoicing pattern] set for each customer. Dropdown List Optional
Print status Print status can be used for filtering records. Following three options are available.
