Stock assessment method
This is the method for calculating the stock assessment unit price. Following three methods are available.last purchase price method #
The last [Stock assessment unit price ([key currency])] before the update date. periodic average method #
Following formula is used to determine the stock assessment unit price.
[Base unit price] x [Qty. of logical stock] at the last update* + [Amount purchased] between the [Prv. update base date] and the update date) / (The quantity of the stock at the last update + [Qty. purchased/Ext. mfrd.] between the [Prv. update base date] and the update date).
Standard cost method
If this method is chosen, the automatic update feature will not be used. Please update the amount of the Item Master: [Stock assessment unit price ([key currency])].
The last [Stock assessment unit price ([key currency])] before the update date.

# The [Update stock assessment unit price] button must be executed from the [Date rcvd.] screen.
* This includes the qty. of the supplier stock.
Please note that the stock assessment unit price update feature is only for the purchased Items during the period specified. Automatic update feature cannot be used for the external manufacturing order items and the in-house manufacturing items.
