[Stock Report] Screen Parameters

Parameter Description Input Method Mandatory
[List Screen] Section
Item code Displays [Item code] of this entry. - Optional
Logical value in stock This shows Logical Value in Stock.
  • screen: [] x [Stock assessment unit price] will be shown.
  • screen: [Qty. of logical stock] x [Stock assessment unit price] will be shown.
    		•  Display Only Optional
    Qty. in stock This is [Qty. of logical stock] at the last day of the [Display period]. Display Only Optional
    Qty. of available stock This is the available stock at the last day of the [Horizontal axis]. Please note that nothing would be displayed if location was chosen to [Horizontal axis] or any location was chosen at VIEW OPTION. This is due to the restriction that the quantity of available stock cannot be calculated by each location. Display Only Optional
    Prv. inventory value This is the Previous Inventory Value. This is calculated by [Qty. in stock] at the beggining of the [Sales order staff (Own company)] x [Stock assessment unit price] at the end of [Display period]. Display Only Optional
    Amount of goods received This is calculated by the following formula.
    [Qty. rcvd.] during the [Display period] x [Stock assessment unit price] at the end of [Display period].

    Amount shpd. This is calculated by the following formula.
    [Qty. shpd.] during the [Display period] x [Stock assessment unit price] at the end of [Display period].

    Qty. rcvd. This is the quantity received during the [Display period]. Details can be confirmed in the Receiving & Shipping History. Display Only Optional
    Qty. shpd. This is the quantity shipped during the [Display period]. Details can be confirmed in the Receiving & Shipping History. Display Only Optional
    Num. of days This is number of days in the period. If the [Horizontal axis] of the graph is set to monthly, then the calculation period will be one month. If it is set to Daily, then the calculation period will be one day. Also if it is set to item, the calculation period will be the [Display period] set by the VIEW OPTION Display Only Optional
    Gross profit (Only for P/N items) Total amount of gross margin calculated in the Product Cost Analysis - P/N Controlled Items is displayed. This option is available only for the P/N controlled Item. Display Only Optional
    Cross rate (only for P/N items only) It shows the Efficiency of the sales order. This is calculated by the following formula.
    Cross rate = [Gross profit (Only for P/N items)] / ( [Prv. inventory value] + [Logical value in stock] / 2)The higher this rate indicates, [Gross profit (Only for P/N items)] and [Turn arround rate (times/year)] are more efficiently balanced.    		 Display Only Optional
    Item By clicking this link, the report by item can be displayed. Icon (link) Optional
    Day By clicking this link, the daily report will be displayed. Icon (link) Optional
    Location By clicking this link, the report by location will be displayed. Icon (link) Optional
    [View Option] Section
    View option preset Customized VIEW OPTION settings can be saved and reused. Click on the icon in the right to save the filter setting. Dropdown List Optional
    Horizontal axis Specify the item to set for the horizontal axis of the graph. Dropdown List Mandatory
    Virtical axis 1 (Bar) Specify the item to set for the [Virtical axis 1 (Bar)] of the graph. Dropdown List Mandatory
    Virtical axis 2 (Line) Specify the item to set for the [Horizontal axis] of the graph. Dropdown List Optional
    Display period This is the period to show in the report. Date Input Optional
    Item group It is possible to filter records by the item group. Dropdown List Optional
    Location Is is possible to filter records by the location registered. Dropdown List Optional
    Supplier stock This switch is used to set whether supplier stock is to be displayed or not. Dropdown List Optional
    Item It is possible to filter records by the item registered. Extended Dropdown Box Optional
    Show hidden items By choosing (all) or only hidden entries, hidden items can be included in the list. Dropdown List Optional
    Show genuine profit intersection ratio Dropdown List Optional
